HiLand Signs Strategic CMC Service Agreement

HiLand today announced that it has entered into a strategic agreement with a renowned pharmaceutical company to provide Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) services for an antibody program targeting major autoimmune diseases, including atopic dermatitis.
Under the agreement, HiLand will take full responsibility for preparing and delivering a successful IND filing package for the program. Beyond regulatory submission, HiLand’s scope of work also includes technology transfer of the manufacturing process to the client’s team and providing hands-on training to enable smooth operation of the client’s newly constructed pilot plant facility.
This collaboration is envisioned to extend beyond IND-enabling activities. HiLand is expected to continue supporting the program through clinical material production, scale-up, and eventual transfer to the client’s commercial facility to ensure readiness for market launch.
